Deicy Doll's spree
- Some of my items fall under this 'pre-order' tag need to wait for 7-14 working days to reach us after spree close. we will send out on the next working day after we receive the items.
- We will held no responsible when the items lost/damage when they're on the way to us.
- Some shoes may or may not come in box but we will try our best to provide box to fit those shoes.
- Our working days are not including Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays. Please do not count those days in.
- Strictly no exchange size policy in Deicy Doll, we will not entertain any exchange sizes here.
- After payment made, strictly no back out orders. Besides, if deposit is paid, no refund on any cancellation of order.
- We will only suggest sizes for you and we are not 100% guarantee the sizes will fit you as different people have different legs just like your toes, some are long some are short. =).
- Please made payment within 2 days after confirmation mail sent else we will send you notification mail again.
- Please buy at your own risk. We only guaranteed the conditions you receive for your shoes are good as we will inspect every pair when we send out.
- If the shoes send out wrongly by our manufacturer. we will help you re-order the exact as per order, no full amount of refund will be provided.
